Noblesville IndianaSpring meeting was held yesterday Mar 5th at the Elks

Thanks to the 25 or more members who attended despite the snow.
The new options for membership payment were discussed. The deadline for club
dues is April 12th. You can leave the $175 or $75 at the clubhouse starting Mar 15th
or mail to myself.

Items that were reviewed and action taken
Limit the number of alcoholic drinks provided by the Men's Club at events
- there will be a two drink max provided by the men's club
- over the two must be purchased by yourself.
- this will be done by the honor system- please at here to this rule
Hybrid course requirements-
- age 70 or more and a 16 or higher HDCP
- you lose one stroke from HDCP if you play the hybrid
- okay to play in Men's Club events and Wed & Fri choose up
Dillon Sweepstakes
- cost this year will be $60.00
- carts will be included.(no range balls)
- less expensive meal will be provided at the auction
Slow play
- All group must try to play in 4hr or less
- rangers will ask you to pick up the pace if your falling behind
- Gary will determine if a penalty is needed ( one stroke)
Couples Event
- Gary plans to have special Friday events for couples
- watch for posting at Fox Prairie (not part of the Men's club)
Billy Elder Scholarship Funding
- The Billy Elder Scholarship will be the main focus of the Men Club
- scholarship will be between $800 and $1000 this year based on membership
- other charitable contributions will be curtailed
Course condition
- Curt and his team will be working hard to bring the course up to his usual high standards.
- Gary will mark grounds if needed for all major events
